TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Auto Imagination, Norfolk's premier automotive event. By purchasing a ticket, exhibiting a vehicle, attending the event, or participating in any activity associated with Auto Imagination, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Event Information Event

Name: Auto Imagination

Venue: St Mary's Church Field, Tittleshall, Norfolk, PE32 2PN

Dates: 12th & 13th September 2026

The organisers reserve the right to amend event timings, attractions, displays, exhibitors, schedules and activities without prior notice.

2. Admission All visitors must hold a valid ticket or authorised entry pass. Tickets are non-transferable unless authorised by the event organisers. Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without written permission. Admission may be refused or revoked without refund if attendees behave in a manner deemed unsafe, offensive or disruptive.

3. Vehicle Displays Display vehicles must be roadworthy and presented in a safe condition. Drivers must follow all instructions from event marshals and organisers. Vehicles must remain within designated display areas. Vehicle movement during public opening hours may be restricted for safety reasons. The organisers reserve the right to refuse any vehicle deemed unsuitable for display.

4. Public Safety Visitors attend at their own risk. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Dangerous, reckless or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. The organisers reserve the right to remove any individual from the event without refund.

5. Photography & FilmingBy attending Auto Imagination, you acknowledge that photography, filming and live broadcasting may take place.Images and video footage may be used for: Event promotion Social media Press releases Future marketing materials Website contentIf you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please contact event organisers before attending.

6. LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law: The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to vehicles, property or personal belongings. Attendees park and exhibit vehicles entirely at their own risk. The organisers shall not be liable for personal injury except where caused by proven negligence.Vehicle owners are responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance cover is in place.

7. Weather PolicyAuto Imagination is an outdoor event.The event will proceed in most weather conditions.No refunds will be issued due to: Rain Wind Cold weather Other adverse weather conditionsunless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

8. Event CancellationShould circumstances beyond the organisers' control require cancellation, including but not limited to: Extreme weather Government restrictions Public safety concerns Force majeure eventsthe organisers reserve the right to: Reschedule the event; or Offer refunds at their discretion.

9. Traders & ExhibitorsAll traders and exhibitors must: Hold appropriate insurance cover. Comply with all applicable health and safety regulations. Operate only within their allocated space. Remove all waste generated by their activities.The organisers reserve the right to remove any trader or exhibitor not complying with event rules.

10. Food & DrinkFood and beverages purchased from authorised vendors may be consumed on site.No unauthorised commercial catering or food sales are permitted.

11. AnimalsWell-behaved dogs are welcome provided they: Remain on a lead at all times. Are under control of their owner. Do not present a risk to visitors or exhibitors.Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

12. ParkingParking is provided subject to availability.Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner's risk.The organisers accept no liability for: Damage Theft Accidents Loss of personal belongingswithin parking areas.

13. Charity ContributionA percentage of event proceeds will be donated to:Sopwith Veterans Hubsupporting veterans, emergency services personnel and their families.

14. Data ProtectionPersonal information collected during ticket sales or exhibitor registration will be processed in accordance with UK Data Protection legislation and used solely for event administration and related communications.Personal data will not be sold to third parties.

16. Acceptance of TermsBy attending Auto Imagination, purchasing tickets, exhibiting a vehicle or participating in the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
